Should you wish to return an item, please contact us in the first instance. To return an item you have 30 days to return your purchase from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in 'as new' unused condition. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know the status of your refund. If your return is approved, you will be refunded on through the same payment method of original purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless their is a fault with the item in which cause Hammocks Australia will refund this cost.
